I’m a freelance virtual assistant, social media manager and UGC Creator.
For the longest time, I was concerned that having over a decade of combined experience in marketing, education, design, fitness and customer service would validate the saying “a jack of all trades, but a master of none.”
But now, I’m believe that’s just simply not true.
I've built up a diverse set of skills (insert pop culture reference here), so I can take on any task with ease and efficiency. After all, isn't that how experience is built in the first place?

From humble beginnings with my full customised and coded MySpace page, to navigating the ever-evolving digital landscape that is Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Threads and TikTok, I immerse myself in social media daily and am constantly inspired to create content strategies for brands and businesses within the Creative Industries.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
Taking care of general admin duties can be tedious, but it doesn’t have to be. From data entry to personal shopping, let me take care of all the little things to keep your business running smoothly.
Services Include but are not limited to:
Data Entry: Input of customer/client details, updating of existing data, report generation, input of data
Customer Inquiries & Client Onboarding: Responding to all inquires via email and social media, onboarding new clients and employees
Content Writing/Copywriting: Creation of basic content or copy for blogs, websites, social media and e-commerce sites
Website/Portfolio Design: Includes branding package consultation, basic logo design, website and portfolio design (Squarespace/Canva)

After submitting your inquiry, I’ll compile your answers and organise a video call to chat about your needs in depth.
It’ll be a great chance to get to know each other, too!
Getting Started
Once the invoice is taken care of, we’re ready to get started!
We’ll schedule a kickoff call to discuss and plan the current month and get to know each project and task.
We’ll keep in contact throughout the month and I’ll be available for bi-weekly calls to discuss upcoming tasks.
All hours will be tracked and a breakdown of work, plus any expense reports, will be sent through at the end of each month.
Proposal
Following our chat, I’ll draft a proposal and send it through for your perusal.
If anything needs revising, the appropriate changes will be made.
Contract & Invoicing
Once the proposal’s been approved, I’ll send through our contract. The contract will highlight the services provided, length of engagement and agreed upon working hours and rates.
An invoice for the first month will be sent and must be paid within 3 days, with auto-recurring payments scheduled for the contracted time period thereafter.

Services Include:
Packages are based on the number of hours worked per week and are charged monthly as part of a 3 or 6 month minimum retainer.
Hourly rates are available for a minimum of two hours and can be added to exisiting packages.
